To recap:
- Recreate your wallet in Shrike (the same way you origionally created it in Sparrow)
- Create a new hot wallet in Shrike
- In Shrike, send a tiny amount from wallet #1 to wallet #2
- In Shrike, send that tiny amount from wallet #2 back to wallet #1 with Replay Protected showing green
- In Shrike, do a consolidation to combine the UTXO from #4 with the rest of your stack
Optional steps (if you want the tiny amount back on the SHA256 chain also
- Recreate the hot wallet from step 2 in Sparrow
- In Sparrow, move the tiny amount from the hot wallet back to the original wallet
