After setting up my Datum gateway, a couple of questions still linger that I haven’t found good answers for:
- Where is all this hashpower that Braiins is renting out coming from? Do they own it and are choosing to rent it out instead of mining with it or is this hash coming from other individuals that are selling it to Braiins? If the latter, how would I go about becoming a hash seller on the Braiins hashpower marketplace if I owned a capable machine or cluster with significant hash rate?
- Why doesn’t Braiins just use the hash power to mine instead of renting it out? Is it a safe assumption to make that renting hashpower is less profitable than just buying BTC outright and for Braiins renting it out is more profitable than mining with it?
