I have been renting hash and mining on Ocean over the last few weeks and finally reached the payout threshold. However, no payment has come, and the dashboard has said “next block” for at least 3 ocean blocks now. I’m also not sure why my lifetime earnings and unpaid earnings are different. I’ve never received any payment. From everything I could find, the payment is supposed to go automatically once you reach the threshold.
Can someone explain if I need to do something to trigger the payout?
Hi All! Just an update here that I finally received the payment from Ocean; it landed in a block in the early hours (they must’ve sent with really low fees). It was the correct amount and my first non-kyc bitcoin! I will delete my post so no one can go search the block explorer for my details
My Experience here is that, sometimes, the payouts get delayed due to fees, or channel availability etc. It eventually pays out.
However, you can create a new offer on your CLN node using RTL to delete the old one, and then recreate on Ocean using their instructions. This should also help ‘unblock’ it.
