This might be normal still. I noticed that Start9 states in their i2pd port here that:

They solve this in their package by simply suppressing warnings. Presumably Bitcoin Knots does not, so they show in the log. That said, if you want to be rid of them, the “nuclear option” would be to disable I2P.
