Braiins Hashpower

Just to clarify one point, in this setup, OCEAN would be generating the block templates (not Braiins). However I think your conclusion is still correct, since OCEAN is not yet signalling for BIP-110 (I believe they are running Knots though)

Interesting options some of which is currently out of reach for level of technical know-how. I’m currently hashing to Ocean and intend on graduating to my own Datum Gateway. If I’ve understood currently solving a block the only way to signal for BIP-110

I’ve got about 6million sats on lightning that I’d like to start cycling through and signal for bip110. Is paul going to create a video soon about the easiest/reliable way/s to do it?

Yes, I’ve built a tool called Agent Wallet which simplifies the process of depositing to Braiins from Lightning or from on-chain routed through Lightning (to avoid being flagged for review). I’ll be recording a video about it soon.

In the meantime, the manual process is to do a swap from Boltz.exchange (lightning to BTC) to a fresh unused Taproot address, then send that to Braiins. If you are using RTL for this, you’ll want to do a Sweep All to a new Taproot address first before doing the Boltz swap (because in RTL you can’t select specific UTXOs when sending an on-chain transaction)

Interesting. I do the latter as well with Boltz > Onchain > Sparrow > Brains.

Are you using any part of the hashpower api?

Ive been working with the api to manage orders from local. I just cant get Claude to help me properly get it into my Dashboard I built. Guess Im going to have to brush up on my manual coding again and find the errors myself. Driving me nuttso.

Mock-up

Not for Agent Wallet. I will be for a future project I’m still thinking through though.

Very nice, I’ll keep an eye out and thanks for the info

Just posting here to have something in the forum.
